Spent thousands on a new gas heating system. Had one year warranty. Only lasted one season (one year and 2 months). Owner charged me 300$ to fix it. Would not budge on price. Now she's suing me. A real sweetheart.

My experiences with these guys have degraded over the last few years. In the last 2 years they've gone home for the weekend without calling with a promised status update. 2 weeks ago they sent a tech who thought that a fan with power flowing to it must be bad. He checked to see if the wires were hot regardless of the thermostat signal - that at least was prudent. But when he realized the wires...
