Very Friendly and down to earth. They have a small showcase in the pro shop in Oak Tree Lanes and do all the work in their home. A true "Mom and Pop" business. You don't get that anymore....

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for a plaque on Monday. I was told it would be ready by Friday, just four days later. So I figure no problem. Well Friday comes around and I go...
