R.K. Morris (703-987-7139) removed wallpaper at my residence and quoted me a price of $50 per hour. He never mentioned there would be 3 men taking down the wallpaper or $150 per hour. Be careful and ask many questions. He and his men also did a lousy job painting my 2 bedrooms, and ceiling. They did a lousy prep job, and even got paint on my hardwood floors. Mr. Morris told me at 1 point...
