This morning I bought a phone from the T-Mobile store, but found out I had to return it, which I did literally (!!) within 15 minutes of purchasing it. It was still unopened, with the receipt, I had barely made it out of the mall parking lot. I went to return it and the idiots in the store tell me I have to pay a $50 restocking fee. There is a $50 fee for walking 15 feet and putting it back on...
