Came out to diagnose my refrigerator problem. Did this very well, and said my whole door needed to be replaced and he proceeded to order the new door. However it has now been 2-3 weeks and when I tried to call to follow up I found that their phones had been disconnected! So since they never called me back and their phones are off I assume they're never coming back????
Customers refrigerator was working fine. He has a different problem now. Customer is only available after 4:00. We do not schedule anything for after 4:00. We have tried serveral times to go back out, but customer was not available.
They called to ask if they could be early. They thoroughly diagnosed the problem and fixed it completely within an hour- their truck was well supplied. They cleaned up and left me the part #s and baggies the parts came in for future reference. If you use HMS warranty they are an authorized company!
Four repairs on our frig/freezer and stuff still melts in the freezer despite them telling us everything is working properly. Very difficult to get back in touch with and has not returned any of our messages.
