Went in 08/2007. While waiting for a crazy customer yelling at the clerk, the manager was sitting at a dining table enjoying his sub as suppose to getting my order done, which was stalled by that crazy customer (yup, she cut right in front of me). When ever you go in there they are always so freindly and helpful. I have never whent in there and not had a conversation with them because they try to get to know you no matter if you are a regular or a semi usual.
