Save your time and don't even bother coming to tour the building. The leasing office is rude, cannot answer any of your basic questions, in a rush to get you in and get you out. She speed walked...

Quincy Plaza is in a great location - a few blocks from the Virginia Square Metro, Giant, and Harris Teeter, and a 12 minute walk into Clarendon. The building is well maintained by a friendly and helpful staff, and secure, with a 24 hour front desk. The gym is surprisingly large (and on the first floor, with windows). Quincy Plaza is a great place to live. The building is beautifully maintained and the staff are always courteous and helpful. The location is one of the best in the area - situated only a couple of blocks from 2 Metro stops.
