They were at the Bryan Business and Industry show on 3/30. Signed up for free windows and an estimate. They never showed up on the appointed day and time. Got a call a couple days later and set up another appointment for the next day. Never showed. Called to find out what was going on was suppose to call back. That was over 2 weeks ago and no call back. If this is how the treat future customers...

ordered windows ,gave them a hefty down payment. windows were suppose to be here Monday after Thanksgiving,still not here. Keep leaving messages with people who answer the phone .no one returns calls .Can't even get a manager to call me back.This is January 28th 2015
