I was parallel parked in downtown Denver and saw a courier working for this company back into my car. I confronted him about it, he cussed me out and he sped off as I took down his license plate....

It looks like only unhappy customers post here. It is time to give this company some credit. My company uses them everyday and up to maybe a dozen deliveries a day to send our time sensitive products all over the front range. Of course there is the occasional hiccup do to traffic or a lost driver, you can't expect perfecton all the time but they come pretty darn close. Overall I am completely satisfied with there service and would never think of using another company.

Don't trust with important, time sensitive deliveries.

I've avoided Quicksilver because my boss said they were unreliable. Once I gave them a try they proved him right. The parcel had not been picked up by 1 hour before delivery. When I called they were very appologetic, saying the order had accidentally been cancelled, but they would 'try' to get it there on time. My client received delivery 9 minutes late. Had I not ""babysat"" the situation, they still wouldn't have it.
