i found this quest to be my favorite. I can walk in and I won't have to wait long. Carmin did a great job of drawing my blood, was very professional but personable.

Cannot give it one star because the ONLY positive is customers are able to book an appointment online. However ---- just because you have an appointment...

Having a disabled child, I made an appt. because due to his disability it is difficult for him to sit and waite. I went in earlier while he was still in school to fill out any paperwork that might be required to lessen the waite time. I was allowed to do this but was informed they would not do it again. They were very kind. They now how to handle patients and do well under stress that were in no way rude. I understand that they have a lot of patients and that they can't be having many conversations so that might seem rude but that aren't.

Unorganized chaos..some staff members are rude. No supervision . very patient unfriendly
