This service was unable to remove the light staining from our high traffic areas, which is more than disappointing since it was the only reason we made the appointment with them in the first place. So, we paid $100 to clean just one room, as it's the only room with carpet in our house, and they weren't able to get out our relatively light staining from tracked in dirt over time. I'm certain the carpets are cleaner overall, but not to my wife and my satisfaction. To top it all off, our back storm door handle previously broke, so we had it propped open with the dead-bolt latch to keep it...
