The breakfast was delicious - home-made biscuits and omelettes with fresh fruit and great coffee. The location is ideal - it's only blocks from downtown Denver, in a very adorable historic district. I highly recommend Queen Anne's to anyone...

We really renjoyed our stay and were impressed with how accommodating everyone was. You are so close to the heart of downtown. We enjoyed our daily walks to the city and the park across the street adds to the charm and character. Everything was neat/clean/appropriate. Would definitely stay again.
