I have been taking a variety of pets to these folks for 15 years and I have never had a complaint. And YES, I am very particular about the care my pets receive. I have never experienced ANY of the issues that the previous reviewer enumerated. This is a very professional, caring clinic. Give them a shot. You will be very pleased!
