I went to Quattro for the first time this past week for a special occasion and I was very excited because it had such great reviews, was highly rated, and is in the Four Seasons. We've been to Quattro several times over the past 10 years, and I fear with the departure of the great Tim Keating a couple of years ago, the food at the Four Seasons has not recovered,
