Trekkies can eat their way to the "Final Frontier" with such menu favorites such as Hamborgers, Glop on a Stick, Isolinear Trips, Holy Rings of Betazed, Talaxian Turkey Wrap, Flaming Ribs of Targ, well, you get the intergalactic picture. Overall, the food here is tasty, well proportioned and innovative.

First off, I am a big Trek fan and my wife is not. I dragged her to Quarks fairly reluctantly, but the result was one of joy. We both had great meals and from then on out, every time we visit Vegas we go to Quarks for great food. I understand that this restaurant is more about the experience than the food. However - I felt awful the rest of the day after eating here. The food was greasy, flavorless and in huge portions. I left over 80% of it on my plate and the waiter didn't seem to notice.

Good atomsphere and characters in costumes walk around and come over to your table and talk to you. Good sandwiches and drinks. A place that Star Trek fans and kids would love.
