Poor poor poor customer service. Took 3+ weeks to get a quote... Oh did I mention I had to call twice to get someone to even call me back to set up an appt for a quote?They didn't seem to care either. I guess they are not interested in doing any business. Stay away. Shame on me for waiting this long. On to the next!!

Workers on drugs

I am not sure about the quality in quality insulation when a large percentage of their work force on on drugs. I know a David Fredette at there Nashua NH location has been there for over a year and smokes pot every day and some other stronger drugs. Doesn't seem to me that the company is caring to much about quality.
