Worst family trip

Although the staff was respectful, they were vey cut and dry. We called ahead of time to find out if the water park would be open and was told yes When we reached there the park was not open, and nothing else to do. 3 kids with no water park to play in. Had to cancel remaining of trip at Ohio and travelled to another resort with an open indoor water park. Big disappointment.

Hotel was decent. If they could find a way to keep the Windows from getting foggy and musty from the water "park" aka room it would be much more presentable. But to be honest I wasn't worried about any of that. It was about the price and location. The room was perfect for what we wanted. Just to pass out in a bed at the end of a long day.
