The hotel has undergone some much-needed remodeling, especially in the whirlpool rooms. Upgraded beds, nice decor and furniture, improved bathrooms, and an overall "cleaner" feel since the last time I was there over a year ago. Basic simple hotel. Renovated somewhat with some granite countertops but still shows its age. I choose it b/c of the high rating with trip advisor but I would not rank it this high. Cheap quality tissues and toilet paper that disintegrates upon contact with water. Bed and bed spread were comfy. Dated TV. Quiet. Paper thin towels. Would not recommend...
