They have the best service, best price and very honest on telling me what my car needs. they dont try to sell me anything that it doesnt need. they also started a punch card that includes 4 dollars off every oil change with the 8th one free

Had my oil changed here. A few days later my engine went into "failsafe mode" and had I to limp to a Ford Dealer. After a 10 minute check they asked if I had the oil changed lately. I said yes and they asked if they checked the air filter (which was also yes). The problem was that they were too lazy to take the entire cover off the air filter. Loosened one side and slid it out.
