I first called another local hvac company who came out and weren't particularly impressive. I then called a few others and fortunately came in contact with Quality Control Air who sent someone. This tech inspector was immensely professional (putting on booties) and informative, but most importantly kind and compassionate. It was bad news for us and I needed to have a new system (mine was old when I bought the house 10 years ago). The unit was a 1993 model. Unfortunately for us, we are getting ready to close on our new house so fortunately for the new owners will get a great HVAC system.
