They responded the same night on an inquiry for a quote. They chose the most efficient focused cleaner they had so I got the most bang for my buck. You have s chance to review all the work as it progresses so you can't say they missed anything. As it would be your own fault. They see dirt believe me. It was a great experience with a great group of professionals. Highly recommend them!

Anita contacted me and scheduled the service date and time. Lynne came to our home to clean. Both Anita and Lynne were very professional, friendly and followed through with what we agreed on for the cleaning services we needed. I would highly recommend Quality for those reasons.

Overall they did an excellent job. Worked hard all the time they were there. Exceeded my expectations in some areas and did't meet expectations in others such as cleaning kitchen countertop - they didn't remove everything to clean. Failed to wash the top of the toilet tank. However, that being said they were on a timeline (my budget) and with my two cats - there was a lot to do.
