Marty is great! We recently experienced an issue with our car, I didn't even call to see if he could look at the car, we just dropped it off and by the end of the day he had the issue resolved and had us back on the road. Unfortunately it sounds like this individual had a bad experience with an auto repair facility, but it wasn't with Quality Brake and Auto service in Holland, we don't sell tires. I know because I own the business. I wish this person all the best, but he has obviously dealt with someone else. I would recommend Reeds tire in the future, they;ll fix you up.
