Purple Penguin does not take care of their customers. They went to my personal house and their employee took items from the house worth over $2000 and the owner is unwilling to take any responsibility.

I manage over 300 housing units in the Golden area and it is unbelievable that she would take this stand. You would think she would want to take care of this and come to some sort of agreement rather than losing our business and other people in the business with me.

I was in need of a carpet cleaner fast. Purple Penguin came on a moment's notice, did a superb job, and were extremely professional. I suggest them to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.
