By Diane J: My 94 yr old mom called PuroClean about water on her floor. PuroClean identified the refrigerator had leaked and damaged the floor. PuroClean referred her to a flooring installer and charged us nothing for all their trouble.

Job personnel were excellent. Ice on roof caused water to back up in valley and ran into the house. Clearly explained problem & coordinated emergency roof tarpping. Then coordinated carpet replacement and interior repairs. Completely met my expectations. J Grant, Ft Worth
