PuppetART is a theatrer, museum, and studio in downtown Detroit. We focus on enriching lives with folktales from all over the world told with puppets. We have performances every Saturday at 2:00 PM for the general public and we also have performances during the week for groups. A trip to PuppetART consists of visiting out museum with hundred of puppets from our nine productions as well as those over 100 years old. We even house one of the first puppets to be on television. After seeing a show visitors have the opportunity to create a puppet in our studio that they may take home with them.
