HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. I have a 10 x 10 unit. The facility itself is fine- . The business practices of the organization are terrible ( rip off). The rate of increase for the unit is mind boggling....

The customer service is horrible, on hold for 20 minutes & hung up, they didn't even apologize,didn't resolve my issue, THEY got my drivers license #wrong didn't apologize and instead want me to come in to fix the change, won't take a copy of my license wow I won't get any service until it's corrected ..why don't they come to my house so I don't have to waste my time and airfare!?!STAY AWAY!!

Jim, the guy who showed us around was very nice and as efficient as possible going over all the paperwork. Only gave the place 3 stars because our unit has a strong odor normally associated with mold. Jim said that was because it is an outside unit that is not heated. My garage isn't heated and it doesn't smell. I'm not storing anything that can pick up the smell so we took the unit anyway.

There system for paying your bill online sucks, it's only intention is to create more revenue by not working properly. It continues to take you back over&over time and time again. Not allowing access to their site. And issues multiple usernames And passwords, which only add to their screwed up system. They make no attempt to help , but only criticize your method of contact I.e. (cell phone)...
