Very friendly staff--Maritza was very personable and had great energy! Only thing I would say is that I only wanted $3000 insurance for $11/mo but in reviewing my paperwork, I am paying for $4000...

I called for pricing and told them my stuff is currently in a 5X10 but I wouldn't need that much space anymore because I'm not storing all of it. Not only was the sales woman rude and impatient...

Unfair business practice... They get you in cheap and once you spend all the effort getting your stuff in there (the hard part) then they raise your price up. They say they only need 30 days...

Great storage and management as always at public storage. Centrally located for Echo PArk and Silverlake. The storage was probably built in several phases as the numbering of the units is odd ..... prices are also fine as always at public storage. Make sure that you pick the right size unit right off the back as it will cost you money to change it.
