I am really sad to have to lower my rating, but my family just got another call that our storage unit was broken into AGAIN (the first one was less than a month ago!!!). Researched many places throughout SF and Peninsula, and this place is the cleanest I've seen. The rates were far more reasonable, with lots of options to choose from. The hallways are nice and wide, facility is clean, easy to get to, and staff was very attentive.
