I made a reservation with public storage which included a pickup & delivery service at the beginning of the week of July 23rd, 2007. The reservation was suppose to be on July 28th, but they decided at 3PM that day to suddenly cancel my reservation since I "did not really call them." Seriously, this is the worst storage company of my life and I recommend others to consider other storage options.... more
