I worked with Jason a few years back when he was at PSC then followed him to Optimal. I had some family issues so i had to stop for awhile but now that i see he is at PSC again I will be starting as soon as i get back from beach season :) - Tammy

I started with Jason at PSC last week. I didnt have any expectations of purchasing personal training but after realizing I had no clue what i was doing (just cardio) I decided to give him a try. The gym is really nice and there is plenty to do. This will be my third session tonight and I already know this will work for me.

I have been with Jason since he was over at optimal gym. He is part of my everyday life. After work I never feel like going to the gym but knowing I have to pushes me to get there and leave the rest up to him. He knows his stuff and knows just the right way to motivate me to do just 1 more :) I highly recommend Jason and have already signed up to be a client of his at PSC.

Before I went to Jason I was experienced in the gym but needed some motivation. I had let my diet and exercise plan lapse and needed to lose weight. I am 53 and fighting age every step of the way.
Jason provides the motivation I need to make the gains I am looking for and meet my personal goals.
Highly recommend.
