If you are a middle class, hard working individual with little income this is still not the place for you or your children. I moved in right after they open; and it was cool. But now, I wouldn't rent a place here for stray dogs. Providence On The Parks have a lot (too many) break ins... ""WEEKLY! ! ! "" There is also alot of married people who comes over and park in the visitor's parking just to meet up with their lover whether it be for the night or the weekend. Oh, don't let me forget the *** ICE CREAM MAN*** Who makes a second round just to sell illegal smokes. Management say that there...
