I signed up for this yellowbot just to review this place. I took an amp to these guys to get it repaired. I needed it fixed fast, which these guys were able to do (maybe because they don't have much business?). They seemed like kinda weird dudes, and kind of out of the way, but I thought maybe would be worth my business and a chance since I really didn't have hardly any money to spend at the time. Long story short, they charged me $200 and didn't really fix anything at all (and if I hadn't taken it to somebody else, the whole amp would've fried because of bad wiring). All I really got out of the deal was a pair of decently matched tubes that weren't that extraordinary. Waste of time and money. I felt like I wasted $200 I didn't have and that the service was blunt and rude. Absolutely Avoid
Spoke to a gentleman about fixing a microphone cable. As we went over options for fixing my problem he sounded more and more irritated with me. After saying "Bye" he replied "Yup" which left bad taste in my mouth. Also he sounded like Dr. Edgemar from original Total Recall which made me feel all that much more cautious during the conversation.
I brought in a Mackie SRV 450 that was making an annoying hum Bob diagnosed the problem and corrected it in a reasonable amount of time and at a reasonable cost Thanks...Doug Lincoln
