The office support for this doctor is terrible. I have no comment on her medical abilities as I had no direct contact with me, and she provided no reports to me. Her office staff refuses to bill my insurance company. Even though I provided all of that at the time of service at Advocate's Highland Clinic. They provide no way to e-mail this doctor directly. While we appreciate hard work that most of the nurses have been doing, it will be reported to administration how one shift of nurses cannot get themselves off their chairs or away from their computers, looking at wedding pictures and vacation plans.
