Poor service

I'm a realtor in Denver, CO, and have given ProSource many referrals over the past couple of years. I hired them to install new carpet in my own home and this was the experience: No.1 installation -- horrible. Called ProSource who recommended another installer. Results -- no better, plus a seam unravled within 30 days. Called ProSource in Centennial complain and was told by the manager and my salesperson that ProSource does NOT stand behind the work of their installers, who are all indepedent contractors. Don't hire them.
