I've used this company twice to rent apartments and will not use them again. They were very helpful during the leasing process but they were not at all helpful with any issues that arose or during the moving out stage. They misled me regarding the final months rent, which I overpaid and did not get refunded. They also did not follow through with the utility disconnections they told me they would handle which led me to a very large bill and a potentially negative credit rating. I have yet to have that issue resolved 4 months later. May I also point out that this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to leave a negative rating for any company for any reason.
