Was happy with the service. The plumber was on time and quick. He showed me exactly what he was doing. He fixed a leaky shower head, some of the rubber parts in the handle were old. He looked at a few other things as well. It was 142.00 for parts and labor. To replace the whole thing with a new fixture would have been 400.00. Replaced 2 outdoor faucets for 1/2 the price of another local highly regarded plumbing company, using the same faucet. Service charge was 1/3 less than that of the other plumbing company.

Plumber was an efficient, knowledgeable communicator. Gave me detailed information about the inner workings of the faucets. Very nice, too.

The guys from Progressive Plumbing arrived promplty, were very clean and polite and finished my job in less than 1 hour. Their upfront pricing allowed me to know the price before I agreed to have them start the work. This was very important to me being that I am on a tight budget. I would highly encourage the use of this company.
