The first few WEEKS they couldn't get it right to get someone. They tell lie after lie after lie. You call the answering service and they don't call you back until you raise hell. I know that some of the aides are not even certified (admitted by one of them). At that point I did a documentation request as allowed by NJ law requesting certifications, time sheets signed by the care giver and all other documentation and they came back with NOTHING. Sent a demand letter and still got nothing. Reported them to HMO they deal with. They act like they are a big agency and do so well but they are totally incompetent. The manager is the owner's son and is a fast talker but had a definite challenge with me. I am telling you, do not use them, you will be sorry! They might do good for a week or so, but that is it. I know SEVERAL of the aides hate it there and have left.
