The guy who had my car on his truck claimed to be the manager. He threatened to fight me after words were exchanged. Real professional. He also refused to give me my change. Told me it was 88 dollars, gave him 100, didn t give me the 12 back. Filing a complaint with Leon County.

Biggest idiots on the planet. They towed my car from a lot where I had a permit to park and it was ON MY WINDSHIELD. So technically I can file a police report against them for stealing my car since it was allowed to be there. Oh and the guy I talked to was the biggest jerk too.

WORST SERVICE EVER. There is no such thing as customer service with these people. I had to drive a VERY intoxicated woman home, literally thank god I had my phone. I left my car in Seminole Grand to bring her upstairs, give her water, and make sure she could make it to a bed. 12 minutes in all it took me to do this. I run down stairs and my car is gone. Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Came up to visit a buddy of mine and got towed not even 24 hours after parking in their apartment complex. I understand that the people you are staying with are supposed to tell you where to park, but it is still pathetic that they expect everyone visiting to know & remember this beforehand. its weird that tow companies (like this) can take a couple of hours to come tow you when your tire is flat or your car breaks down, but its ridiculous when you park somewhere seemingly normal and they tow you within twenty minutes... eat a dick
