First impressions count

April 30 was the first time I went into this business. First impressions count. The price of tiles was great but the fact that I was a first time customer, I expected at least one "thank you." I thanked the customer service guys 3 times and they responded with "uh-huh". To make matters worst, when my tiles were loading the bald chubby guy came out and attacked me accusing me of saying "he was rude." Then he glared at me as he was walking on the dock. I told him that I did not say he was rude but that I was bothered by the fact nobody told me thank you back and he was putting words in my mouth. Anyways, at that point, he became rude and was unprofessional to me. Then he gave my friend expired grout later one for free. I don't care about free stuff, I care about customer service. I won't come back there again even though I got a bargain on tiles. It was the principle of how I was treated. Not professional at all. Customer service was not so great. First impressions count.
