Could not have had a better experience
Incompetence supreme!! I had to take my car to another shop to get them to reinstall the part properly. They told me they test drove it but upon driving it home it was much worse than when I gave it to them! It was a hazard to even drive yet they let me have it that way. They had the car for days! The other shop did the same entire job in a few hours. They offer a warranty but no one in their right mind would want to go back. The owner could be much more professional ya know like what is in their shop's name. And one of the two mechanics I saw wasn't very friendly at all, more of I hate everything projection. Get ready to pay in cash, only cash, that is the only thing he wants.

These guys did me fine, the first time I took my Cadillac in. They had a Caddy mechanic, and swapped out my transmission. This is by far the best shop in Virginia Beach to get work done on your vehicle. I took my car here about a month ago and they beat the other estimates for replacing my motor mount.
