Our plumber arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the appointed time. He was professional, direct, and got down to the bottom of the problem right away. We ended up needing a new fluid valve that had become worn after 10 years of use. Work was completed in 15 minutes, and the plumber verified that his work was done correctly.

I will only use a plumbing company when all else fails. My experience with Pro Tec was good but I can't say the same about others I have come in contact with, thats why I never called them back to do additional repairs. I would rather go to the dentist than deal with most union pluming contractors...
