Well. Generally not a happy experience. They are not the cheapest and not the most expensive company to go through. I wish I never had them do our floors. When you look from a distance it all looks ok. But then living in a house for several months you started to see all the flaws. All our treads are trapezoid, a little here and there so they measured only one tread and cut the rest the same although they told me that due to the moisture wood would adjust, well it never did. It looks silly. And raisers are a joke same 1/4 inch gaps here and there. And of course hardwood floors, they cannot...
