I don't know how anyone can even get an appointment to begin with. I purchased a Groupon and have been calling for five days without any luck. I don't know how you can successfully run a company when you cannot simply answer a caller god forbid return one. And they offer same day service, still baffled.

I've used them before and will shy away from the big named cleaners - they all want to add on stuff to drive up the cost....use islanders carpet care - try to find little companies who care about their business and do a good job.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! They had to reschedule an appointment due to their incompetence, then they were an hour and half late to my new appointment. They spent less than 5 minutes actually cleaning and they ripped my carpet! I rent so I'm now going to have a hard time getting my deposit back. When I asked the cleaner about the rip, he got extremely defensive and said it was there before he cleaned. I have been living in my unit for a year, it was not there before as I would have noticed a 6 inch rip in my carpet! Never using again! Stay away!
