Very Slow service department, they give you free oil changes, but try to use basic tire rotation as a way to sell you unnecessary maintenance packages on a brand new vehicle. Don't expect much customer service after your purchase! I ended up paying $24.95 for the tire rotation, with the assurance they would put 33psi in the tires, so the dash light would not come on. Don't get me wrong, I love my Sante Fe however the services at Priority have declined every time I have gone there. Why make an appointment if the wait time is a minimum 2.5 hours after your appointment? According to the "service advisor" the appointment is only a scheduled time to see them. And they continue to call and try and talk me into buying another vehicle from them, NOT!

I just bought a beautiful Hyundai Elantra, Belinda and her sales team, Don.. the one who actually sold me the car was amazing!! They made me feel right at home, they made everything so easy and was able to get me financed with affordable payments. 100 stars guys thank you smile emoticon
