All the reviews on here are most likely fake.

This may have not been the "Wheeling" location but i want everyone to get an idea of what these people do.

Sunday 3pm: Call main line to make an appointment, tell her anytime after 330pm is ok. She asks what the problem is and makes detailed notes. Hang up feeling confident with a Monday appointment that i will be called with a time frame.

Don't ever call a major chain or big box store for appliance repair again! I never will. Priority Appliance Repair gives an accurate time range of when they will arrive. They didn't have to order the part for my washer; it was in the truck. When you call them, you speak to a person and, even better, if they can't fix the appliance, there is no charge, not even a trip charge!

Fixed It! Dex Knows

Showed up on-time as promised. Fixed the problem for a little less than I expected. Very nice, clean serviceman who really knew his stuff. Even offer a coupon in the yellow pages. Great experience!

Came at the beginning of the window of time agreed to, how often does a service business do that? Well priority App. Repair dis so. The tech diagnosed the problem and gave me my options so I could make a decision on repairing my refrigerator. He didn't try and sell me a repair I didn't need, didn't pressure in any way. Just laid it out straight and executed as I requested. Highly recommended!
