I brought a project to these guys at the last minute, and it needed so much attention, and they totally worked with me over the phone, in person, and over email, to coordinate the completion of my project and get everything done in time, to my satisfaction (and I was being really picky!). Everyone there was so polite and friendly and accommodating. I was really impressed.

Service is poor. Was quoted WRONG, came in and paid way more than I was told over the phone, and the 11x17 poster was not centered on the paper. I was in a hurry, so I paid a lot of money for bad service and quality. Thinking it might have been a fluke, I ordered my business cards there, and was just informed that it was going to be 3 DAYS LATE!

I have yet to receive normal service from that... more
