Apartments are close to many restaurants and bars etc...Shrewsbury street. Management seems to be alert and aware of issues with units. You might have to nag them a bit to get things done quickly, hut generally they are good at keeping your issues at bay. Parking and safety / security is unsurpassed as so far as I have seen. Worked for me while I was going to school. Good security, solid staff and maintenance crew. Price hikes are reasonable, and they are constantly maintaining and upgrading the grounds. Only complaints would be that they are a bit slow with ice/snow removal from the parking areas (I was unable to get to class on a couple of occasions), and the appliances are dated (coils on the range are tough...
