Terribly unethical business practices

I found Leathercare/Prestige Cleaners to be terribly unreliable and blatantly unethical. I sent my 100% wool, Persian carpet to them. It was supposed to have a two week turnaround. After 3 weeks, I began calling on a weekly basis to find out where the rug was. They assured me for weeks the rug would be cleaned "the following Friday" but it was never ready.
