Exceptional POOR , I took my car to what I believe wasto have the alternator to be replace, was told one price on the phone and when I got their it was $20 more (red Flag) but $20 is no deal breaker ( $175 .now $195 plus tax) They said they would have to do a diagnostic first to make sure it was indeed a bad alternator, I said fine (price was never discussed so I assumed it was free ) found out...
