in truth its a great place to grow older and enjoy the downtown life of St Petersburg, Fl. The units are spacious and well kept. The maintenance staff does not help tenants with hanging of pictures or anything. They say the are not allowed. There is an intercome system in each unit which is very intrusive and restricts ones privacy. They say its there so the tenant can speak to the desk,...
